The "Vario concept":
The floor, ceiling and outer walls of the Vario module floors are simply plugged together and stand stably in prepared grooves. The room layout of the Vario modular storeys is freely selectable:
The partition walls can be freely positioned so that you can determine the number and size of the required rooms yourself. If desired, the variability can be further increased by installing partition walls transversely in the rooms. When installing each partition wall, you decide whether the door should be positioned at the front or rear of the wall.
In addition, a large number of Mini Mundus window and door variants can be installed in the existing cut-outs in the outer and partition walls. This is ensured by the corresponding wooden elements, which are used as inserts to adjust the size of the cut-outs accordingly.
With our VARIO concept, we offer you the creative freedom to design and easily build the interior of your personal dream home yourself.

In addition, two partition walls are supplied per floor, two without and two with door cut-out for the panel inner door (# 60070). Additional partition walls, with door cut-out, can be ordered under item number # 90270.
With the help of six enclosed flat strips per floor, which are additionally glued onto the roof of the respective lower Vario Modul Floor, intermediate spaces are created, a double floor as it were, onto which an existing doll's house (Wall House with removable roof # 90550) or alternatively another Vario Modul Floor (# 90260 or 90560) can be put, so that there is sufficient space in the intermediate area for lamp cables to be laid (see photo).
The kit is supplied with extensively illustrated assembly instructions, furnishing suggestions and all panel blanks made of MDF material (medium density fibreboard) for the assembly of two Vario Modul Floors (# 90260 and # 90560).
