Hint:
If an interior panelling is required for the roof dormers (# 50370), which are not included in the scope of delivery, it must be measured and cut to size individually. For the construction of the inner lining we recommend the strip #70541.

Scope of delivery:

This kit contains all wood panels for walls, floors and roof surfaces made of MDF material (medium density fibreboard) for the construction of the wall house with the removable roof surface. The panels are already provided with all cut-outs for windows, doors and stairs as well as with all grooves for walls and cable ducts. So there is no more sawing!

Small and fine detail:

The roof area can be easily removed at any time via our new roof construction to allow a view into the rooms of the attic.

Instead of a continuous staircase, as was often the case in old houses, the stairs in the wall house are integrated into the living rooms, the cut-outs for a straight flight of stairs(70100) from the ground floor to the first floor and for a spiral staircase (70115) to the attic are already available.

A particularly cosy atmosphere can be achieved by installing a chimney (83070, 83080, 83090) with chimney shaft (83000).

A detailed building instruction with many pictures and detailed drawings, in which step by step the construction and development of the house is explained, makes the simple assembly of the wall house possible.

Windows, doors and stairs:

The matching windows, doors and the stairs for the the wall house are included in the component set (item no. 90520).

Shipment within Germany is without bulky goods surcharge.
For all other European countries we charge a bulky goods surcharge of € 30.00, incl. VAT.
Due to the size and weight of the MDF boards we sell the kit only within Europe.
